I agree to participate in one or more physical fitness program organised by I Think Crossfit Invitiational event 'THE BATTLE OF THE FITTEST 2.0' and willingly assume full responsibility for any and all risks that I am exposing myself to as a result of my participation and accept full responsibility for any injury or death that may result due to any activity during the event. I hereby certify that I know of no medical problems that would increase my risk of illness and injury as a result of participation.

I accept full and complete responsibility for the safety of myself, any guests, observers or other individuals who I have invited to the Venue, and property, and I assume the risk of damage, theft, loss or injury caused by others to me, my guests and property.

I agree to allow event organizers and volunteers to take picture(s), film and/or likeness of me for event advertising purposes. I declare that I shall not post any wrong and/or provoking information/comment on social media of any kind neither to any media personnel. All grievances/problems will be addressed through correct procedures as laid down in the sporting code, general prescriptions applicable to the respective event and supplementary regulations of the event.

I have fully read and fully understand the foregoing assumption of risk, and release of liability and I understand that by signing it obligates me to indemnify the parties named for any liability for injury or death of any person and damage to property caused by my negligent or intentional act or omission.
